It’s not a secret that as we age our skin starts to lose its youthful appearance. So many people are trying to find a way to slow down, if not reverse the aging process. One of the ways people are using to slow down the aging process is by using Kiehl’s Retinol Skin-Renewing Serum. In this blog post, I’m going to share my review of Kiehl’s Retinol Skin-Renewing Serum and conclude if it’s worth the investment.
Most times, when it comes to anti-aging formulas, they’re not that effective.
Rejuvenation is the word that is often associated with the beauty industry. This is a big word, and it has everything to do with our skin. The skin acts as a barrier that protects our bodies from what enters our body, and it is a very important part of our body. After all, without a beautiful, healthy, and vibrant skin, we would end up looking like a mess. A skin care routine can help you achieve a more youthful appearance and a healthier skin, but there is something else that can help you achieve the same thing. That is a retinol serum. But is the Keihl’s Retinol Serum worth the money?
Why a retinol serum?
The retinol serum is a product that is meant to help smooth the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Retinol is a type of vitamin that is found in skin. It helps to stimulate the skin’s natural production of collagen, which is the protein that gives skin the strength and elasticity for a youthful appearance. The product is designed to be used daily, and it is recommended to be used in conjunction with a daily moisturizer. It is also important to note that retinol has the potential to cause skin irritation, but the great thing about this formulation is that it achieves visible results with a minimized likelihood of discomforting side effects including redness, dryness and peeling.

Is Kiehl’s Retinol Skin-Renewing Serum worth the money?
I have been using Keihl’s Retinol Skin-Renewing Serum regularly now as part of my night skincare routine on my face and neck. This product is helping with the signs of aging, such as wrinkles and fine lines, and I have noticed that my skin loves it. It is more radiant, and it had no bad reactions that usualy retinoids produce in their first uses.
The fact that it has ceramides and peptides as well is such a great “bonus” as it really created a complete serum, my nighttime routine has become way simpler:
- Double cleanse using Clinique “Take the Day Off” and a good Micellar Water
- Tone with rose water
- Apply the Kiehl’s Retinol Skin-Renewing Serum
- Apply “Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5″ from The Ordinary
This product comes with an integrated pump to help you apply the serum to your skin. It has a light scent and is fragrance-free.
Overall I love it and will continue to use it.
